AP-TIP Schools Recognized for AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award
The College Board has recognized 11 Indiana high schools with the 2023 Computer Science Female Diversity Award. This year's recipients included six AP-TIP program schools:
- AP Computer Science A Female Diversity Award: Eastern Greene High School
- AP Computer Science Principles Female Diversity Award: Crispus Attucks High School, South Putnam High School, Speedway High School, Tri-West Hendricks High School, and Whiting High School.
The award acknowledges schools for expanding young women’s access to AP Computer Science A and/or AP Computer Science Principles during the 2022-23 school year. Overall, 1,127 national and international schools were recognized for their work toward equal gender representation in these courses.
AP-TIP congratulates the schools, students, teachers, and administrators for earning this honor!
