STEM Teacher Leadership Framework
Leading lasting improvements for STEM teaching and learning is stronger and more sustainable when it capitalizes on the expertise and wisdom of classroom educators. This research-grounded framework lays out an approach for developing effective STEM teacher leaders who can drive instructional excellence, foster collaborative professional communities, and spearhead school-wide initiatives. The framework identifies four domains of knowledge and practices and eight dispositions that shape effective STEM teacher leadership.
