Amy Flavin-Williams

Biography

Amy Flavin-Williams serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Center for STEM Education within the Institute for Educational Initiatives, where she provides organizational, operational, and logistical support for the Center's programs and initiatives.

With nearly two decades of experience in K–12 education, Amy brings a deep understanding of the needs of educators and schools. She began her career as an elementary teacher in an urban district before spending most of her career in a rural school system, serving as an instructional coach, curriculum director, elementary principal, and director of state and federal programs.

At Notre Dame, Amy combines her educational background with her administrative expertise to support STEM education initiatives that strengthen teaching, foster collaboration, and expand opportunities for educators and students.
